Vaalai Sri Maa Bala Sakthi Peetam
KIZKHADIRPUR, KANCHEEPURAM.
KIZKHADIRPUR a small village located about 4 kilometers from Kancheepuram, where MAA BALA TRIPURASUNDARI SAKTHIPEEDAM is located.

This village is located in bank of Vegavathi river, where lots of Maharishis, and saints lived and performed Yagas and Yagnas about 1000 years ago.

Another importance to this village is, that this is the place where Kamakshi Amman was born and brought up by old couples in the name of Bala Tripurasundari.
This is the first temple in Kancheepuram for Maa Bala Tripurasundari. Maa Bala has decided to sit in this place now called Sudharsan Gardens, along with Lord Ganapathi and Lord Shiva in a family temple of the present land owners. Devotees can get her blessings by visiting this Sakthi Peedam.
A beautiful sila of Maa Bala on top of a beautiful stone lotus, was sculptured by Sirpi Daya, of Mahapalipuram, as instructed by MAA BALA. Kumbabishekam was performed by Sri.Venkatesa Sastrigal, the senior gurukkal of Kamakshi Amman Temple, Kancheepuram on 19.04.2019, on the day of Chithra Powrnami.

She started her miracles from the day she came into Sudharsan Gardens, before six months of Kumbabishekam. The family members has named MAA BALA in the pet name of BALAMANI.

There are two routes to visit this Temple. One proceed by the road opposite to collectorate office of Kancheepuram,the road goes via Pillayarpalayam,old Pandian theatre and ends opposite to co-operative Bank of Kizkhadirpur.

TWO: Another route is by Chennai Bangalore Highway road, after about 4 kilometers after, Vellagate Bridge, the bypass road turns left and goes to Cheyyar, take left turn at Cheyyar byepass road, next to vegavathi river bridge, the corner land is VAALAI MAA BALA SAKTHI PEETAM.
Daily Abishekam and Aaradhanas are done from 19.4.2019, we are planning to perform powrnami poojas and other poojas periodically.
MAA BALA Devotees are requested to visit the Temple and get Maa Bala blessings by lighting a Ghee lamp in Nila Vilakku. Prayers of devotees have been answered at Maa Bala Sakthi Peedam.
